Stopdrop Tools at Height kits are an important safety component of a facilities dropped object prevention strategy. Our tool kits are utilised by multiple high consequence industries including: Mining, UK Defence, Oil & Gas, Rail and Construction.

We have worked with industry professionals to develop our 6 standard static tools aloft kits. Each tool kit has been designed for specific departments Derrick, Mechanical, Subsea, Crane, Electrical & Drilling. All of our standard and custom kits come with the option for an integrated expansion drawer these include, Air Impact, 3/4″ Standard Socket, Metric Combination Wrench, Hammers, Electrical and Flogging Wrench. All tool kits are available in both imperial and metric sizes and are fully customisable to meet our clients exact tooling requirements.

Each drawer in our tools at height kits are fitted with bi-colour tool control foam to assist with tool management. This important safety feature enables users to quickly identify if an item is missing. A misplaced tool could be left at height with the potential to become a dropped object.

All tools aloft kits are supplied with complimentary laser engraving, with up to 20 alphanumerical characters of your choice i.e. department name, unique serial number or company logo and colour coded with a choice of yellow, blue, green, red, grey or black. This makes identification easier, especially when multiple aloft kits are utilized on a single asset.

• Our static tool boxes are manufactured from high quality steel and are galvanised prior to being painted in order to prevent corrosion and increase longevity.
• There is an option for a weatherproof cover to provide added protection when in harsh environments.
• Each drawer can be fully extended and hold up to 100kg of tooling.
• Anti-tip mechanism which only allows one drawer to be opened at any one time.
• The standard sized tool box comes with 6 drawers, there is also an option for a higher capacity 7 drawer tool box which is available upon request.
• Comes with integrated lock and external locking bar.
• Anti-slip, heavy duty rubber mat on the top of the cabinet to provide a work space.
• Fork skids to enable easy transportation of the box.
• All Stopdrop Tooling kits include a range of safety lanyards and tool bags.
